They are a family run business and everyone from the operator, to the estimator, to the installer makes you feel like a very important customer. Chris from American Home Renewal was by far the most professional. He spent time with us, accurately described the entire installation process with us and exhibited willingness and patience to hear and understand what we were looking for in the new windows. The American Home Renewal contract was clear, concise and straight forward. The 3 day installation process was fluid and fairly quiet and we were able to work from home. It had a minimal impact on our lives. The crew cleaned up thoroughly every day and took time to make sure we knew how to tilt the windows for eventual cleaning etc. Keith, the Production Manager, checked in a few times during the 3 day installation period to ensure everything was progressing to our satisfaction. "Window measured, created, and installed in a reasonable time frame. Had to pick up broken glass (from old window) after. At first rain the window leaked from one of the screws in the inside top of the frame; I called Roxy and they sent someone out to caulk that screw. At the next rain the another screw leaked so I went ahead and caulked all the screws. Could be a flashing or other wall issue... Otherwise window has performed well over the last year."
