"I hired Hillcrest Landscaping owned by Saul Martinez to repair or replace our old sprinkler heads and pour some concrete to finish up a sidewalk. That was in September and I have regretted it since. Do not hire this company. He is not trustworthy. He left on a Friday, said he would be back on Monday to finish up the work. I know you don't pay until the job is done but I did it and I won't do it again. Lesson learned. He got paid to finish the job and didn't. No phone call from anyone from Hillcrest Landscaping. No one came to finish up the work he said he would finish. He has been here once since with the assurance that he would be back to finish my project and I am still waiting. No call no show, again. I now have to do it myself. Some of the work will have to be hired out. Even though I have already paid Hillcrest Landscaping for the work. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! "

Roy overpromised and underdelivered. The team that came to do the physical work, led by Hugo, was fine, but I expected a professional service that included both design and supervision ? not something I had to manage myself. I was also charged $185 for a tree rose without being told its price in advance, adding to my dissatisfaction. Overall, I had a very bad experience with Roy and Nick. They are dishonest, and you may end up with a much higher bill than initially quoted. I wish I had researched their reviews more carefully before hiring them, and I would not recommend them."

This was the only company to give me a quote for flagstone (as I requested) instead of concrete pavers that the other companies were pushing. I wanted flagstone. Mike was great from first meet to the end. He came by to check on the progress each step to ensure we understood the process and what was next. The demolition team and the design teams were great, professional, competent, courteous and cleaned up everything. We were a real challenge as no outside entry to back yard. I am so glad I found and choose Pavers Express."

This was the only company to give me a quote for flagstone (as I requested) instead of concrete pavers that the other companies were pushing. I wanted flagstone. Mike was great from first meet to the end. He came by to check on the progress each step to ensure we understood the process and what was next.
