Edward and his help did everything I asked for with no problems. It was a great job, just got right to it without any questions. Differently going to have him do more work around the house.

Edward Fusi is a true professional and a good man. Workmanship was top-notch, on time, and no surprises. He spotted and explained drainage problems around the house (built in 1962) that would have caused long term expensive damage if ignored, gave me a reasonable quote to repair, and gave me the choice. It was clear from how he built the driveway he knew what he was doing so I had the repairs done and am much relived. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Great value

Not only were they incredibly responsive and professional, this project was done in a very timely manner. We needed an 11-foot by 14-foot concrete pad constructed in our backyard. There was an initial quote, followed by a site visit for a final quote. A day was set for the work to be done, and it was all done within a day. The result is just what we needed, professionally done and sure to last. Eddie (who headed up the three person crew) was easy to talk with, took our questions and concerns into mind and they did a fantastic job. We are already considering them for another job in the future.

The work was incredibly timely, well-crafted and just what I envisioned. Extremely responsive and easy to work with.

This is a first class company with very hard working employees. You wonâ t be wrong in hiring this company. Edward knows what heâ s doing and he understand the need and the additional work I asked gor was reasonably priced.

I think they did an excellent job on our driveway. It was not cheap but it was worth it.

We have had a good deal of work done by South Pacific Concrete and Landscaping. From retaining walls, stairs, sod to in-ground sprinkler systems, stucco, and decorative brickwork. I cannot speak highly enough about the work they have done for us. At the beginning of each project, they spent time with us discussing what we wanted to do, what the cost would be, and how long it will take. We live on the side of the hill and did not have much of a yard. Thanks to them now we do. It s not that they just gave some level ground though, it looks fantastic. They did beautiful work, on time and for a fair price. Not only would we use them again but we plan to start a new project with them.

Eddie is a great worker

Hired for $75k curb appeal project including installation of foundation water barrier to prevent water into basement, replacement of front yard with concrete patio, new concrete steps from porch to street, install retaining wall (I'm on hill), section of astro-turf, landscape the remaining areas with drip irrigation, installation of new redwood fence, painting the house, and pouring new concrete driveway. They were good on big stuff: concrete, excavation, driveway, painting house, new fence. Unfortunately took 12 weeks instead of 6 week estimate. Recommend being as specific as possible in written contract, with itemized tasks and due dates. I should have gotten written agreement stating exactly when payments would be due. Happy with finished project but took all summer and had some minor mis-communications that were painful at the time.

Owner did not show up when promised nor did he stay on the job more than 30 min to 1 hr on most days. Dropped off migrant workers that did not know how to properly do the job. Owner miscalculated the volume of concrete and had a very bad interrupted pour (never should happen with a quality cement person). And, the color of the concrete is different from area to area. And the surface is NOT what was agreed. He does not know how to do sand&finish! Had to redo the section of drive and then mis-poured THAT section. Brick inlays were not square to the concrete surface and were totally not framed correctly; nor; were the brick mortared correctly by the laborers. Owner said he would do; and he only did 1/2 of the brick, leaving other half to unskilled laborers. Left his migrants ;stranded for over 10 hours on a number of days. We had to provide water, tools, materials, etc. to the laborers or there would have been no work done. Our landscape, hoses, solar lights, and some plants were totally destroyed and had to be replaced. Owner was unwilling to acknowledge his poor workmanship and total disregard for our job that we sat and told him what we wanted before the job started. His communication skills are very bad and promises he makes are false A 4 to 7 day job turned in 4 weeks. DO NOT HIRE this company. I don't know where the other reviews are coming from; must be a different company than we saw. It will cost us over $2000 to correct his errors and will destroyed the look we wanted in the first place. They need to go back to So. CA. Perhaps their expectations are much less. If MINUS reviews were allowed, this would be one. I will never trust HA reviews again.

Eddie and his crew are the best!! He listened to my complicated needs and South Pacific Concrete executed the job beautifully. Eddie s suggestions were a stroke of genius. He went above and beyond my expectations. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
