"We had ATC take a look at our HVAC system that was not running well. Another company came out and told us the entire installation was wrong and everything had to be replaced, including all ducting. The price was astronomical. They also said that some structural work needed to be done, such as cutting through drywall and the house, which was not included. When Kevin from ATC came out to look, he said the ducting and the heater were just fine. The condenser and coil were old and probably should be replaced but it wasn’t an emergency. He suggested installing a dual controller and an additional return to improve the airflow issue we were having. He also gave us a quote for three options of new condenser/coils, along with financing options. The price was a fraction of the other company and the financing allowed us to do everything now rather than later. John and Kevin came out to do the installation. THEY WERE PHENOMENAL! They arrived on time, were so pleasant to speak with, were exceptionally patient with all our questions, were extremely knowledgeable about HVAC and split systems, were neat and clean, and did an extremely professional job of installation. That included all the drywall work that was necessary! And the improvement we received was unbelievable! Every room in the house was immediately receiving excellent airflow! We really thought we were in trouble, but these guys made sure we got all the cooling/heating we needed throughout the house with as little cost to us as possible. I would highly recommend the company and would especially recommend John and Kevin. They also fixed a split unit that wasn’t working. They can do it all!! Love these guys!"

Without exception his guys, besides being highly competent, were both respectful and considerate at all times. I strongly recommend this company!"

"The technician was terrific. He arrived on time (actually early) and proceeded to analyze the problem of the dishwasher not starting properly. Rather than take my suggestion (that the problem was likely in the co trip panel) he proceeded to find that the problem was that rats had been filling the space behind and below the dishwasher with crushed debris that caused the dishwasher to not engage the switch. Instead of the expected large repair bill to replace the control panel, the charge was only $200 for his time."

"Had them do 2 units on my property. The first one was great, the pre team is great, and the guys who actually do the work. After the 2nd one, where I chose the more expensive option to get a Mitsubishi Heat Pump, the unit would not turn the fan on some of the time. I told them, and wasted insane amounts of time. They kept saying things like 'I am trying to understand what doesn't work.' 'Pretty simple, you choose to run the fan to simply circulate the air and the icon goes, Nest thinks it is on, but does not go on.' Then they said they were going to have a Mitsubishi tech come out and for sure it would get resolved. Never happened. Just listened to a book on Benjamin Franklin and he and John Adams had to share a bed one time while traveling and Adams went to close the window and Franklin said this place will be a tomb if you do. That was what 250 years ago? and HVAC is their business? Guess I will have to take them to court. The office staff post job is a clown car of silly children. So if your job goes great, they will be a good choice. If you run into an issue you will wish you hired ANYONE else. You've been warned."

"Memo and crew were on time and very friendly with very clear communication of my issues. We discussed alternative and, with the exposing of before unseen corrosion, I decided it most economical and expeditious to replace the old copper with pex. Naomi advised me of the preference to copper but unfortunately I was at my budget limit. The work was performed quite expertly, quickly, with tons of care to reduce the drywall repairs that will be needed after and, most importantly to me precisely on a very reasonable budget considering the amount of time and effort made to fix the issue. I will definitely be keeping MPD Plumbing in my contacts. Hopefully I won’t need them anytime soon but it’s good to have a plumber you can trust to be on time, do great work and stay on estimated budget! I’ve already gotten a request for their contact info from my neighbor after seeing them working and I’d strongly recommend anyone to give them a call when in need! Thank you MPD Plumbing!"
