Nobody likes gutters. But Sergio and Alluring Homes Inc. has no problem doing them. I had a new Tesla Solar Roof installed and I needed to replace my gutters. I got multiple bids from other companies and Sergio had the best price. But most importantly, the best customer service. Sergio explained my gutter situation clearly and gave me multiple options on the layout and design so I felt confident in his work. Gutters can’t just be efficient in draining water; it also needs to be aesthetically pleasing. And my gutters are beautiful. And efficient. Thank you Sergio!

Timing is everything! I replaced my roof the first week of January and have been able to rest easy as the rains have come pounding down! A new roof is not cheap, but it's an investment and you want to make sure that you are going to get what you paid for -- quality products, sensible warranty, good customer service (Cesar answered all my questions and I thoroughly read the reviews) and the right price. After interviewing a few roofing companies, I selected Alluring Homes and a good decision it was. Sergio and his crew showed up on time each morning and worked diligently to demo the old roof (the first day) returning the next day to install the new roof and finishing the morning of Day 3. Sergio has checked in a few times since the installation was complete, which I think is good business.

We have a new roof! If you need one too, call Alluring Homes. Sergio is the founder. His professional guidance, no pressure approach puts you right at ease. We called when we smelled wetness in the attic. He came same day, and discovered flashings had failed around the chimney, a/c unit and vents. He sealed them free of charge. In the end, we chose to replace our 18 year old roof with "cool" roof shingles, and converted an open patio to one that's covered with a shiplap finish, new paint and gutters. We're absolutely pleased with the outcome that took just two days to complete. Sergio was on site with his large team of specialists of roofers, painters, HVAC, and gutter installers. Thanks for going above and beyond Alluring Homes. We'll be calling again for additional exterior work. Phase 2 coming soon. So happy I came ran into Sergio and his crew at Alluring Homes. I interviewed 20 contractors and everyone had a different opinion on how to take me for a ride. My house was leaking all over the place, all the windows, doors, roof. You name it it leaked, and guess what, I had installed all new doors, windows and roof just 5 years ago. Come to find out the previous contractors didn't seal anything correctly and the roof wasn't protected up to the edges. Alluring Homes removed all my solar panels with care, cleaned them, and put a thick protective coat on my roof and then reinstalled my solar panels. The roof is sparkling! Then I had the team power wash the entire home displaying cracks in the stucco and gaping holes in the wall. They sealed, repaired and patched all the windows, stucco and doors. Then came the Cool Wall textcote. Man this stuff is something. So thick and protective and the color is beautiful. He gave me a 10 year warranty. It rained yesterday and not a leak in sight. I would recommend Alluring Homes and Sergio's team to any family member, friend or client. They're honest, get the job done right, and the most cost effective way. Thank you Alluring Homes.

They even worked on Saturday to finish my job when there was a sudden change in the weather and a big storm was coming Sunday.... I would hire them again.

I would highly recommend Alluring Homes to anyone replacing their roof. Excellent quality of work. Very responsive to questions. I was up on the roof with them going over all the repairs that were needed. Every question or concern I had was answered. They completed the job in a timely manner. And cleaned up after themselves. This company is very professional. I called for an estimate and they came out the same day and provided me with an estimate for the re-roofing work I needed done. Sergio and Sam were polite, professional and knowledgeable. The work was started within a few days and finished ahead of schedule. They did a great job, cleaned up thoroughly and kept me informed every step of the way. All work was done to code. I would gladly hire them again for any size project.
