The crew showed up on time every day throughout the course of the work. They kept me informed when they bumped into something unusual - like the discovery that parts of my house had five roofs! This was much too much weight for my house to carry. Obviously no other roofer told me that and they just kept adding layers on top of existing roofs. Good grief.
