On August 25, 2026, water was leaking from my water heater onto the garage floor. Mr. Parker responded promptly, listened attentively, and showed patience, empathy, and understanding of my concerns. He was courteous, polite, friendly, and maintained a professional, positive attitude throughout the service call. Mr. Parker shut off the power and water, drained the old 75-gallon Bradford White water heater, and installed a new 75-gallon Bradford White Energy Saver water heater. He communicated clearly and showed me how to shut off the water to the house and turn off the water heater to help prevent future flooding.
