"August 25, 2026 Rated 5/5, I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service provided by Horacio Parker, a plumber with Beutler Air Conditioning and Plumbing. On August 25, 2026, water was leaking from my water heater onto the garage floor. Mr. Parker responded promptly, listened attentively, and showed patience, empathy, and understanding of my concerns. He was courteous, polite, friendly, and maintained a professional, positive attitude throughout the service call. Mr. Parker shut off the power and water, drained the old 75-gallon Bradford White water heater, and installed a new 75-gallon Bradford White Energy Saver water heater. He communicated clearly and showed me how to shut off the water to the house and turn off the water heater to help prevent future flooding. Mr. Parker is an asset to Beutler Air Conditioning and Plumbing, and any company he provides service to Lovevasia Bey"

"This company was very professional. Once they arrived the installation went very smoothly. We were very pleased with the result. We love the system that Don recommended. It did not disappoint. This company was available and truly helpful with any questions we had about our new system. The maintenance service they provide is on time and very efficient. One thing that was a standout for me was I did not know they had even been on my property. I have had other companies not clean up after themselves which was not the case with 2 plumbs up. I highly recommend this company."

"Pool resurfacing was done well despite numerous rain showers! Patrick chose to do a great and thorough job despite the numerous setbacks. The pool looks incredible! Would recommend this contractor very highly."

"It went well. He came and unclogged the sink and it didn't take very long. My only complaint about their service was that they charged 3 times what other plumbers had charged me for this same service and I didn't find out it was going to be so high until he was there. I needed my sink unclogged badly so I paid it."

"Hired to remodel 2 bathrooms. I should have hired Arayik to do the tile in the showers and floors only. The tile work was fine but electrical, plumbing and woodworking was unacceptable. Electrical outlets that were relocated had to be reset and wall repairs had to be redone to allow texture and paint to be done. Base boards installed by Arayik had very uneven gaps above tile floor and had to be replaced."

"Very professionally completed my walk-in shower with safety bars, pull down seat, etc. Friendly, great on cleanup, and determined to satisfy customer."
