From the salesman Glenn to the installation lead Tever and the insulation installer Anthony, I was impressed with their level of punctuality, courtesy, and professionalism throughout the process. In fact, Glenn was the only salesman who actually took the time to take measurements at my house and explained the numbers of why I needed a three-ton system. I am very happy with my system thus far and I would highly recommend Huft to others!"

We had gotten a couple of estimates but something just felt different with them. We liked that we received an email with who would be coming to give us an estimate as well as a picture of the technician we should expect. It was so refreshing working with this company it reminded me of company's 50 years ago with values and a caring staff. Dustin, Mike and Anatoily had what I will refer to as the three P's. They were professional, punctual and personable. They laid drop cloths and cleaned up everyday after themselves. They even finished the job a day early than projected as we were scheduled to go out of town for five days. I would highly recommend Honest Sewer & Drain. "Wow! Gerrod at Valiant Plumbing would get 6 stars if I could give them. He was professional and did a fantastic job on updating two sinks and bringing everything up to code. He paid a lot of attention to detail, including cleaning old mineral deposits. He even saved the day when a refrigerator delivery crew needed a water line disconnected but wouldn't do it themselves, Whew! Pricing and schedule availability were very reasonable and he did not try to upsale anything. Also, just a nice, decent guy. I felt comfortable having him in the house.
