We had gotten a couple of estimates but something just felt different with them. We liked that we received an email with who would be coming to give us an estimate as well as a picture of the technician we should expect. It was so refreshing working with this company it reminded me of company's 50 years ago with values and a caring staff. Dustin, Mike and Anatoily had what I will refer to as the three P's. They were professional, punctual and personable. They laid drop cloths and cleaned up everyday after themselves. "Wow! Gerrod at Valiant Plumbing would get 6 stars if I could give them. He was professional and did a fantastic job on updating two sinks and bringing everything up to code. He paid a lot of attention to detail, including cleaning old mineral deposits. He even saved the day when a refrigerator delivery crew needed a water line disconnected but wouldn't do it themselves, Whew! Pricing and schedule availability were very reasonable and he did not try to upsale anything. Also, just a nice, decent guy. I felt comfortable having him in the house.
