Curtis was very personable and up front about the necessity of repairs and what was deferrable and what was not.

He was pleasant and easy to work with. He sent the report very quickly, but left the oven and dishwasher on and the heater off. As we work from home and were working during his visit, it took a while to notice these things. That is why I could not give 5 stars all around.
