He was pleasant and easy to work with. He sent the report very quickly, but left the oven and dishwasher on and the heater off. As we work from home and were working during his visit, it took a while to notice these things. That is why I could not give 5 stars all around.

"I let dishwashers go though their cycles, let them drain and go through the drying cycle, so that there is no standing water which later becomes smelly. Sorry, the oven got left on, I must have been distracted during one of our conversations."
