Half way through the job Matt realized that the natural gas fire insert installation was more complex than his team's skills. He immediately sourced a specialized contractor to do that part of the job which gave us all a tremendous amount of confidence. "Jon did a fantastic job. We had a challenge. Our barn roof was collapsing under the weight of concrete tiles. The trusses were sprung and the roof line was sagging. Of the three contractors who looked at the job, only Jon was willing to take it on. His approach was simple, innovative, and safe. He is a perfectionist. Everything was double secured. He made several excellent suggestions along the way, and was most reasonable in his change order charges. When was the last time you had a contractor like that? He always showed as promised, and on the rare occasion when he was delayed he called to let us know if he was going to be 10 minutes late. My only worry about providing such a good recommendation is that he will get so busy he will not be available for other projects I need him for."

"Daniel came out and replaced the seal on the bottom of our garage door which mice had chewed through. Our door was 20+ years old so I expected the track that the seal went into to be outdated and it was, I couldn't even find it on Youtube, so a new track was required for the new seal to fit into. Parts and labor for this 8' metal track was only $50 in addition to the quote for the actual seal. I priced this out beforehand with competitors and I must say the pricing for everything with 1A was the lowest and very fair. I will definitely call 1A when needed again.
