There were several days of waiting the rain out, but that was unavoidable. Painting prep took several days because of the poor condition of the weathered surfaces. There were a lot of stucco cracks that had to be sanded down that I had put caulk over originally. There was additional work done after more dry rot was discovered on my garage roof.
