"Ted showed up on the time and date we scheduled. He assessed my home’s foundation and determined that the level of repair needed did not require his company’s intervention. I was extremely impressed with Ted’s honesty and forthrightness. In a world where homeowners are often faced with costly repairs it was refreshing to deal with Ted and by extension Dalinghaus Construction. "I hired Tom a few times. The largest project he did: plant ground cover and lots of bushes on a pretty steep hill, had to clean it, improve irrigation, etc. also we did a few tune up projects for irrigation and landscape lightning repair as well as build 26” garden retainer wall. I was super happy with the work Tom and his crew did. He is easy to communicate with, punctual, pays attention to details and overall a very pleasant person to do business with. After a large project we followed up with a few smaller ones and plan to do more. I liked his crew as well: attention to details, keeping job site clean during the work and after. Highly recommend!"
