Joseph explained the process and scope of work clearly and I was confident that selecting them was the best decision. Beginning the work was delayed as we found I had skunks living in my crawl space and I had to find someone to deal with that problem. My contact person at MVP, Maya, was wonderful throughout. She kept in touch with me and scheduled the retrofit immediately as soon as my skunk situation was resolved. Throughout the process, Maya guided me as to what I needed to do on the EBB Dashboard, and she submitted their materials immediately. It couldn’t have gone any smoother! Alpha helped with structural plans for windows in a garden level unit in order to prepare the proposal for city approval. Alpha is a big company and it took them a little while to complete everything; however I can certainly say that the engineer and contact people were knowledgeable and thorough. The plans were approved with their help and now that the unit is permitted for occupancy, the windows are a lovely attribute to the space."
