"Chris is a hard worker who does quality work. He worked through the Holiday weekend. He replaced all the windows the first day and came back the next day to finish all the trim work. They were vinyl replacements for old aluminum windows. This is the second time we hired him. "Foothill Painting painted my kitchen and family room and did an excellent job.  I had pulled off the old wallpaper and the wall surfaces were very rough and in bad shape.  At the completion of the job, the walls looked brand new.  They also painted the ceiling where the location of the old cabinets was clearly visible.  When they finished, all those marks where the old cabinets had been hung were gone.  They were courteous, came on time, and cleaned up thoroughly.  Kevin was in charge of the job. 
Foothill has also painted the exterior of our house twice during the 25 years we have lived here.  Both times they did an outstanding job.  I would highly recommend them.

"very well and fast Updated 5/28/2024 frame out and install New custom picture window and complete drywall and Plaster. Original contractor was Lowes but they never pulled the proper permit, made me get my own contractor and because Lowes told me they pulled the permit tthat was included in original price of window(1300.00).Then there was pricing change due the materials used to make the window. Ordered fiiberglass and Pella could only make it out of wood. So when the contract adjustment was written they excluded the price of the permit. So the building inspector made the installer US HOME DEVELOPERS remove the all the dry wall to reinspect due to fact the there was no original header so, one was built, changing the hight of the install. Building inspector made US HOME remove all their work to be inspected. US HOME took care of the permit all the encombrances including Archiatectural drawings for permit and only charged to replaster the walls. LOWES caused this problem because they never pull the permit."

This was a standard kitchen remodel.

Demo of existing kitchen, wall and ceiling repair, new cabinets, plumbing, electrical, blew out and added on to our breakfast nook, new flooring. Lighting overhead and under cabinet. 

Demo went smooth, house protected from dust.  Construction crews were careful and courteous. We had a few small issues along the way but had Precise crews in immediately to take care of this. 

We searched very hard to find the best service for the best price, Precise did not disappoint us.

Kitchen is complete, we are now pondering the other home improvement projects they can help us with!
