When Andrew reached out to me, He spent tons of time explaining everything in detail (also educating me about the process) and that was something different. You could tell how passionate he was to just make a killer project for the customer. Then once he came by, he continued same thing, and actually saved me a bunch of money! He created a design that took off 20% of the concrete. I felt very comfortable finally making our decision. Andrew communicated everything through the process and if I had a question I quickly had the answer. His crew was terrific, kind, funny and professional. The concrete looks fantastic. "While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."

"not that great. basically paid $99 to get an estimate. included cleaning roof and minimal repairs. took a while to get appointment, and then when they came, they didn't even do the work! gave a really big estimate and then re-seheduled to have someone else do the work. they wouldn't totally replace the roof, gave different estimates to repair, I went with a different company to do a full roof rplacement."
