Pool & Patio Pros

I started out looking for someone to drain my pool, give it a good scrub, patch a few cracks, and maybe replace some tiles. I ended up getting 6 quotes - some were from folks recommended on community social media pages, and others were referrals from friends. Some were overpriced, some seemed unreliable, and some were downright rude. But one guy was great from the first meeting - Nate Scott from Pool & Patio Pros. He was helpful and patient; he answered all of my questions (and there were a lot of them). His quote was competitive, and he assisted me in making adjustments to fit my needs and budget. We decided to replace the entire surface of the pool, all of the surrounding decking, and the pump, plus make a few cosmetic upgrades. Once the work got started, his crew was efficient and meticulous. The end result is beautiful. We could not be happier with how our pool turned out. Nate continues to be available for questions. We maintain our own pool (for now), but we would consider using Pool & Patio Pros, should our needs change, as they offer this service as well. If youâ re looking for a pool guy, Nate is great.

Everyone from the office to the crew have been expremely wonderful, polite, and ready to answer questions. I had pool emergency with lever as well other items. Michael was there as soon as possible. Infact, should we have any issue with our 18 year old in ground pool, the crew is there quick and reasonable priced for weekly service and repairs. I receive a picture after each service and our pool has never looked so good, clean, and inviting. I had several pool services over the years, and I need to state everyone at Pools and Patios are very professional and provide greatest and efficient service.

I can't recommend these folks more highly. They have serviced my pool expertly for years. They came out recently on an emergency basis and rescued my pool, getting it back to sparkling condition without needing to drain it (which I was afraid they'd need to do). I am grateful for them.

They go above and beyond to help make sure your pool is clean and running perfectly. They always communicate well too. Recently our usual guy came out and helped me install a pool part that I bought separately on our Zodiac Baracuda. He didn't have to do that but did anyway. Thank you!

Brett has always been very helpful and thorough and particularly this summer with a few issues we have had while out of town. He has sent us videos and pictures and been very on top of things. Pool & Patio Pros are exactly that; we've been using them for weekly pool maintenance for several years now and they have never failed to deliver as promised. Just had them resurface our pool and replace the light. Price was great and the work done in a timely manner. Also had the filter replaced so some replumbing work was required. That work was done by Mike, our weekly guy. He went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect. Mike is THE best! This company is trustworthy and very competitively priced for all their work. They take care of any problems that come up and we get a bill and it is very responsible Drew is the best pool guy ever I would recommend him to anyone he is very professional and is always there when he is suppose to be there! I would highly recommend this company we have had other pool services and they didnâ t show up when they were suppose to we went through three different companies until we found this one!
