He returned the next day with Eduardo, assistant, to complete repair with pipe replacement of old bathtub drain pipes. I was impressed with Vicente's respectful, honest, confident, and professional demeanor with attention to customer satisfaction and service. Vicente exceeded my expectations with exemplary work. Bonus: I discovered afterward that Vicente had fixed my slow flowing sink faucet next to bathtub without request or charge. I would request Vicente again for all my plumbing needs in future. "Kenneth, the owner, contacted me right away when I selected for Pros to contact me in HomeAdvisor. We setup an appointment with 1 hour window (other plumber I contacted with 4 hours window for appointment time). He came quite on time (about 10 minutes after the start of the appointment window). He gave me verbal quote, and I agreed with pricing. He performed the job (unclogging the drain pipe for my washing machine using snake). Job was done in about 30 minutes including testing the work by running few cycles from the washer to ensure that the pipe was clog-free. He also gave me suggestion on how to prevent/reduce clogging next time. Very reasonable price. Sounds honest and knows what he is doing (experienced). He told me to put additional pipe for the washer drain. He said that is such an easy job that I should be able to do it myself. To me, he is willing to help his clients. I will definitely use his service again."

"Can not imagine a better response, starting with my call for assistance, response time and how the technician, Tad methodically diagnosed the problem. We have an obscure kitchen fixture that required service in Feb 2019. Under warranty the problem was easily diagnosed by me, a problem possibly caused by me and a replacement part sent and installed by Albert Nahman team. Problem: I broke the faucet cartridge. Current Problem: restricted hot water flow in this kitchen sink only. Turns out the new cartridge part is now malfunctioning. I called and Tad arrived taking a step by step approach ruling out possible causes: a clog here or there, build up of sediment, or blockage in the lines or cartridge. The company that sells the product got on the phone with Tad and they collaborated on the problem and the tech person gave Tad one more thing to try. After the collaboration it is agreed, problem persisted and therefore that new cartridge part is now malfunctioning and will be shipped free of charge in two days. Thanks to all, who made this possible and I trust we will have Tad here again soon to finalize this fix. BTW, cost of service was less than expected given going rates for such a call lasting in excess of one hour. Another comment, spending time with Tad during the repair was a pleasure to have him explain, collaborate, listen and just chat. Questions on who to call next time, no question who I will call next time. I have read criticism of costs: In the Berkeley area "How much does it cost to hire a plumber? Plumbers may give you a general service rate of $128-148 per hour when there are a lot of unknowns about a project and they aren't sure how long it will take. Some charge a flat rate for their plumbing services. For example, you may get charged $175 for a sink or drain cleaning, while toilet installation costs $500." Today costs are upfront, same as charges in Feb, $69 to arrive and assess the problem. Here in excess of one hour for $129 minus $25 coupon, total charge $173. I am ok and I expected these costs. If I was in Philly, where I grew up, I could call an uncle or cousin and get a better rate, a family rate. This is going rate for our area."

"Number one in communications and top attention in details. We worked with Geico Builders to build our addition, ADU and install pavers on the front of the house. Overall the process took us almost one year they were delays from the city of Oakland on approval plans despite that Victor went above and beyond and smooth all process once they got to actual building. He work hard to make progress easy on our addition especially with tough Inspectors. The quality of our new ADU well-built, and the bathroom has a great tile work with precise attention to details. Their price was not the cheapest one but for the amount of time and quality of work it’s very well deserved, we feel like we got good value for the money we paid.
