They worked very hard clearing a drain attached to the water heater. They snaked it and replaced old piping. They are polite efficient and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them for any job. We also used them for pluming issues related to a bigger issue. They worked very hard to fix the problem unfortunately it requires additional work by others. Very knowledgeable and hard working!!

Aldrich, the SF Manager, is so great to work with. He is very patient and not at all pushy to buy from them, He works very hard to make the customer happy. When I decided to replace the water heater, it was quite late during the day. However, their team made sure to get the work done till the end. The following day, Aldrich followed up with an inspection to make sure there was no leak and that the heat level was good with the residents of the building. I will definitely recommend this company.

They did a great job. Took a little longer than was given an estimate for but I don't blame them. Cleaned up after and hauled away. Price was competitive. Very pleasant to work with. Great company. Would hire again and refer to others.

My tankless water heater went out on a Friday night, and the Water Heater Boys were able to replace it on Saturday the next day! Excellent customer service and professionalism. Will definitely call if in this situation again, and will tell my friends!
