"Gilbert send me a contract we agreed on the scope of work and price, we even met at the site to start the work and without any reason Gilbert quit the job.. He later stated he wanted more money and I asked him for the revised agreement and then once again without explanation he just bailed.. Gilbert is a very poor contractor with even worse communication skills he doesn't not follow through nor does he keep his word.. He uses only people he can control he's a very bad contractor and you should avoid him at all cost"

"Rodent Masters came out to give me an estimate and did a half-assed job. They checked my attics but didn't go throughout the crawlspace under the house even though that was a problematic area I pointed out. How could you possibly give me an estimate without checking out half of where the problem is? A few hours later, they sent me an estimate for $5,500 that included work I didn't even ask for, like replacing all of my ducting. None of the concern seemed to be about getting to the root of the problem -- eliminating the rats and their access to the home -- but rather about how they could make money the sale. I also did not care for what I felt were scare tactics, telling me how I wouldn't want anything getting in the ducts because of how dangerous it would be to breathe. After feeling dissatisfied with Rodent Masters' estimate, I got an estimate from All Star Animal Trapping as well. All Star was incredibly thorough going through my entire home for every possible entry point for the rats and took about an hour, compared to like 15 minutes for Rodent Masters. I ended up going with All Star instead and felt good about the price I paid and the service provided. At no point did I feel pressured into doing any work, and I feel like they were getting to the root of the problem much more. I never actually got any work done by Rodent Masters -- maybe they would have done well -- but their incomplete inspection for the estimate inspired no confidence, and their eagerness to give me a hefty quote made me feel like their biggest focus was getting money for the job rather than eradicating the problem."

"The guys were really neat. They set up a tunnel from the attic to the back door. There really wasn't much to clean up after. They vacuumed out the old insullation and laid in new. It's hard to say if they did a good job in the attic, because I don’t know what its supposed to look like. They were in the attic almost about 7 hours. The only issue was that they said the senior discount on their Angie's list page must be old so they didn't honor it."
