Technician Steven was on-time and listen to my concerns.    I have a large home and my backyard has lots of spiders and ants that needs regular maintenance.

Steven removed all cobwebs which our previous pest control company would never do.   Our yard is mostly concrete with a pool.  Steven arrived with a truck mounted sprayed and he did a great job at spraying the entire perimeter of the house including where all cements join together as that is the gateway for ants.

I watched and everything he said he would do he did and more.   

I purchased the bi-monthly deal and this is our first treatment.    Time will how well things work out or not, but so far and at the start everything went great and am happy to recommend them.

"Trap snapped 2 hours after he left. Unfortunately it didn’t kill instantly and I had to finish the job as both my husband and exterminator not present. Had to put poor critter out of its misery. "The inspector was Eddie Coria who was very thorough, pleasant, explained things to me, etc. Was very pleased with his inspection. Can't say enough good things about him. The only termites found were in my detached guest house. However the recommendation was to do preventative work in the attic and sub area of my main house, and to treat the guest house. It would cost $2300 for all of the above work. It made zero sense to me to do preventative work when I have no termite problem in my home. I thought it was just a way of jacking up the price. I'm sure that is what the inspectors are told to do. That offended me. I will probably tent the guest house since that is where the problem keeps reoccurring. No treatments have helped."
