"Kelly Rowe completed inspection of the chimney and fireplace. Kelly’s inspection revealed that the chimney is clean and no additional work needs to be done. Kelly is very safety conscious and thorough and pointed out that the way the logs are stacked is dangerous and unsafe because it can produce carbon monoxide when fireplace is turned on. He further rearranged the logs to make the fireplace safe. Kelly also gave advice on keeping the damper open and other safety related tips. Kelly is very punctual, ethical, knowledgeable, and professional. He also responded thoroughly to my follow up questions. "not that great. basically paid $99 to get an estimate. included cleaning roof and minimal repairs. took a while to get appointment, and then when they came, they didn't even do the work! gave a really big estimate and then re-seheduled to have someone else do the work. they wouldn't totally replace the roof, gave different estimates to repair, I went with a different company to do a full roof rplacement."

"This is the second time we hired Zohar and his people to do remodeling and construction work for us. Last spring he remodeled our master and guest bathrooms and did a great job. This time, the job was much bigger. Zohar worked with us to architect a new kitchen. He is very creative and has seen just about every kind of kitchen, so he gave us a wonderful way to change our kitchen and to open it to our den. He did computer renderings to give us a visual view of his ideas. Sofia, who runs the office, was a wonderful help. She did all of the ordering and scheduling, and even took time on a Saturday to help us shop for counter top granite and back splash tile designs. "Joe uses very good judgement in all my repairs. He quickly responded to this service call placed by the tenant. He assessed the age of the water heater and advised it was past it's useful life and recommended replacing.
He does service calls on all my rentals from minor repairs to complete remodeling. His judgement is good on what needs fixing or replacing. His rates are very fair plus his quick turn around of the homes gets vacant rentals back on the market quickly. He always treats my calls as important whether they are a small repair like a garbage disposal gone bad or a roof that's leaking and that needs replacing. He is my go-to guy for all service calls."
