"Great professional service. Showed up next day to fix my AC. They found and repaired the previous work done by another company. If you want the work done correctly and you want to pay fair pricing, call them. The previous company I used were not honest and sold me fixes I did not need and did not repair the things that needed to be repaired. I think they did this so they could continue to come out and charge me for things like adding freon to my AC but never repairing the leak which I eventually found myself. The leak was in an outside line, highly visible (once I knew what to look for). I called AC Dave and they fixed it right away and my AC has never worked better."

"Everyone at Baltica was responsive and eager to please.  Calls and emails were returned punctually in every instance.  Everyone I communicated with was professional and accommodating. 
I called initially to discuss moving to a tankless water heater, but a personal review of my property showed that it was not possible.  Kevin Phidayev, with whom I made the arrangements, was eager to accommodate my product needs, financial needs, and scheduling needs.  Kevin was ultra-responsive to every call, email or request.
The installer, Marius, was particularly pleasant.  He showed up on time every time.  He looked professional, was knowledgeable, and he got the job done on time.  He was happy to accommodate my neighbors in the condo who would be without water for a brief time. Marius left my home clean, and he protected my new floors from damage. 
To be honest, I did not do any comparative shopping for pricing purposes because I was so impressed with my initial contact with this company.  I got all kinds of upgrades I never knew existed.  Marius installed a pressure relief valve, new water valve, new stainless steel flexible water and gas supply lines, and new double earthquake straps, among other things. I have learned from bitter experience that you get what you pay for.  If this water heater seemed costlier than I expected (my only "B" rating), in the end I believe I got my money's worth. 
The level and quality of customer service is unique in my experience.  Truly outstanding.  I have already referred business to Baltica, and would do so again without hesitation."

"I can't edit previous review so posting new one: I am revising my previous review. After posting my first review, Danny in Customer Service at Home Comfort USA contacted me. Danny very patiently listened to my situation and frustration and told me he would look into it, but wouldn’t “leave me hanging” and would call back. He did call back and fast-tracked a HVAC technician, Jad, to come out, who was great and called in a higher-level technician two days later. Then the higher-level technician came out a couple of days after that and found we did need a leaking core replaced and said Danny would call me. Danny did call me and went above and beyond to get the part replaced under the manufacturer’s warranty. Two days after that, Home Comfort USA came out, replaced the core, tested our HVAC, and mitigated the labor. We are now VERY happy customers with Home Comfort USA and very grateful for Danny’s great customer service and intervention. I am writing this review on a day in the mid-90s with our HVAC system keeping us VERY comfortable. Thank you."

"After many roofing estimates that were incredibly high and came with either no financing or high interest financing, I stumbled upon Zen Builders. Simon was attentive, knowledgeable, and on top of his game. My roof was completed in three days, it's beautiful, and there were NO LEAKS when the rains came a few days later. The workers were professional, considerate, and the clean up was amazing. No trace of having construction in my yard. Because I was so happy with the work, I mentioned to Simon that I would love to have him come back and do a few more projects. I ended up with an even better financing option (both loans are well-within my budget) and a GORGEOUS new patio cover complete with a surprise ceiling fan in the middle! The patio is now white, and they painted the trim of my house to match. They also fixed my heating/AC ducts, insulated my attic, and for free, added plywood, so I can actually store items up there. I have never had an issue getting ahold of Simon or his sister, Kineret (Kerry). "This is the second time we hired Zohar and his people to do remodeling and construction work for us. Last spring he remodeled our master and guest bathrooms and did a great job. This time, the job was much bigger. Zohar worked with us to architect a new kitchen. He is very creative and has seen just about every kind of kitchen, so he gave us a wonderful way to change our kitchen and to open it to our den. He did computer renderings to give us a visual view of his ideas. Sofia, who runs the office, was a wonderful help. She did all of the ordering and scheduling, and even took time on a Saturday to help us shop for counter top granite and back splash tile designs. We were new at it, and her help was greatly appreciated. We ended up with a beautiful new home and an amazing kitchen that my wife and I both love. Zohar is a man of his word, and takes his reputation seriously. Whenever there was an issue, during the long and complex construction period, he had it corrected promptly, and if it was an error on his part, he had it fixed at his own expense. As the job progressed, we did expand the scope in several areas. Zohar and Sofia worked with us and provided us with delta quotes for the extra work. We are thrilled with the end product and the quality of the work that he and his team did. My kudos to Zohar, Sofia, Ruven (foreman), and Nelson who did most of the drywall and painting. "Evening of Valentine's Day we learned our water heater had broken.
Called Bob & Marc the next morning and had an appointment of 3 pm. They were available earlier, but I could not get out of work any earlier.
Spencer was on time and got right to work. He was very professional, careful and friendly.
He assessed that the water heater was broken, drained and removed the old one and installed the new one.
He made sure that the TPM piping was exact, fit and would last. He was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and was even very helpful in providing advice on how to extend the life of this new water heater.
He cleaned up and all that was left was a professionally installed water heater that has been working great.

"Not only did the technician find what was wrong, he told me that the unit was in really good shape (after he got it running) and that it was good to go for many more years.  That's honesty for ya!  I know that IWAI is a little far from the westside of LA but I called Craig anyway because of the great job he did for another one of my clients.   The tech got out there within 48 hours and made some minor repairs to a unit that I was told would possibly need replacing.  My clients were thrilled at the low cost of the inspection and that it only needed a couple of parts to get it running like new.  They ended up buying the condo and are extremely happy.  But wait, there's more!  
(Second Job) I met Craig in January of 2015 when he came out to look at a heating problem in one of my client's apartment complexes in Beverly Hills.  This was an old building (1947) that had 3 gravity furnaces underneath the property.  All 3 were original and failing.  I got three bids to have them removed and replaced with new units.  One bid was just over $18,000, the other just over $16,000. Mind you, this was to remove three gravity furnaces, replace them with new gas furnaces, including some duct work, as well as do a complete new installation in the attic of the top floor unit.  IWAI's price came in approx. $8,000 cheaper than the highest bid!!! $8,000!!!!  I was skeptical at first.  I mean who wouldn't be?  An $8,000 difference?  But I discussed it with my client and we went with IWAI Heating and Cooling.  Not only did Craig do what he said he was going to do, but he started on the day he promised, and he finished on time as well!!!  The tenants had only nice things to say about he and his crew and no one was inconvenienced but for a couple of hours when an air return had to be installed in one of the lower units.  The job couldn't have gone any better and the price was outrageously inexpensive for the work that was performed.  My client was thrilled and so were her tenants, especially now that they had heat.  Thanks to Craig and his crew for taking care of this job with the upmost professionalism.  If you need anything regarding HVAC, call IWAI heating and cooling.  Have them come out and give you a quote; you'll be glad you did!!!

"Breezeway was very nice. They were prompt and did a good job. However, we negotiated them fixing one piece of ducting. They didn't fix it and said that, if we found that it continued to have problems, they'd come back and repair it. Well, it needed to be repaired when it was clear that it still wasn't working. Breezeway became unresponsive to numerous attempts to get in touch. So, while I thought they did a great job in the beginning, their lack of follow through left a bad taste in my mouth. For that reason, I'm not going to call on them again.
