"Great professional service. Showed up next day to fix my AC. They found and repaired the previous work done by another company. If you want the work done correctly and you want to pay fair pricing, call them. The previous company I used were not honest and sold me fixes I did not need and did not repair the things that needed to be repaired. I think they did this so they could continue to come out and charge me for things like adding freon to my AC but never repairing the leak which I eventually found myself. The leak was in an outside line, highly visible (once I knew what to look for). I called AC Dave and they fixed it right away and my AC has never worked better."

They fixed the car the next day and were extremely friendly. My parents were able to drive the car the next day, with air conditioning. Quickly diagnosed the problem (where previous plumbers could not), fixed the water pressure valve, advised me on do's and don't in use of the Noritz system. He also advised me that I should change the cap on the water heater, which was confirmed by the Noritz representative when I called the company. I would recommend Baltica any day to any one. Knowledgeable and courteous technicians. Reasonable prices. If you have tank-less water heater, don't use just any plumber, use Noritz certified technician. My heaters were previously incorrectly installed by licensed plumber, but he did not have experience with tankless."

"I can't edit previous review so posting new one: I am revising my previous review. After posting my first review, Danny in Customer Service at Home Comfort USA contacted me. Danny very patiently listened to my situation and frustration and told me he would look into it, but wouldn’t “leave me hanging” and would call back. He did call back and fast-tracked a HVAC technician, Jad, to come out, who was great and called in a higher-level technician two days later. Then the higher-level technician came out a couple of days after that and found we did need a leaking core replaced and said Danny would call me. Danny did call me and went above and beyond to get the part replaced under the manufacturer’s warranty. Two days after that, Home Comfort USA came out, replaced the core, tested our HVAC, and mitigated the labor. We are now VERY happy customers with Home Comfort USA and very grateful for Danny’s great customer service and intervention. I am writing this review on a day in the mid-90s with our HVAC system keeping us VERY comfortable. Thank you."

"After many roofing estimates that were incredibly high and came with either no financing or high interest financing, I stumbled upon Zen Builders. Simon was attentive, knowledgeable, and on top of his game. My roof was completed in three days, it's beautiful, and there were NO LEAKS when the rains came a few days later. The workers were professional, considerate, and the clean up was amazing. No trace of having construction in my yard. Because I was so happy with the work, I mentioned to Simon that I would love to have him come back and do a few more projects. I ended up with an even better financing option (both loans are well-within my budget) and a GORGEOUS new patio cover complete with a surprise ceiling fan in the middle! The patio is now white, and they painted the trim of my house to match. They also fixed my heating/AC ducts, insulated my attic, and for free, added plywood, so I can actually store items up there. I have never had an issue getting ahold of Simon or his sister, Kineret (Kerry). When there was an adjustment needed to the air ducts, the workers came out quickly (amid the COVID-19 quarantine) and simply fixed it! I couldn't ask for more! "We wanted to remodel two bathrooms at the house. We needed the master bathroom with shower to be made with more handicapped accessible features. We research and called Best Builders Group as one of the contractors and spoke with Sofia. It was a good and positive experience from that first call. She explained about the process of choosing them as a company to do remodeling and how to make sure they are reputable and suggested we get at least 2 additional estimates so we will have a good compressing of the work. After doing additional research and talking to other companies we called back to best builders group, explained what we wanted done and we scheduled an appointment for Zohar to come over to our home and to measure and discuss what we want to do. Zohar definitely listened to everything we wanted and he also gave us few excellent suggestions and guidance. He was completely upfront with us about the budget issue and he really worked with us on this. He sent us a detailed estimate by email. We had some important questions and we emailed him back with them which he promptly responded to. In fact, throughout the whole process both Sofia and Zohar responded and answered quickly to our questions. Zohar, who is the owner, was also very helpful any time we called and either he got back to us promptly or got a message back via Sofia. After we had decided to go with Best Builders Group, we went to several vendors showrooms with Zohar to choose the materials. Zohar listened to what we wanted and helped us in making most of the decisions as we need; he had some really good suggestions. He spent a lot of time with us and everything was put in writing; He was even given pictures of the fixtures we had chosen. During the remodel Zohar would stop by very frequently and check on the work that was performed, speak with us and ask if we had any questions. There were some changes we wanted made along the way which were incorporated into the job without any issue.  We decided to change the type of shower door and it was expensive! Zohar called his glass vendor that they work with and they came over to install the door. Sofia didn't have to do this but it was typical of the great service and positive interactions we had throughout.  The workers came on time each day and were hardworking and skilled.  We love the way everything turned out and have gotten compliments on it! We think the workmanship and materials are top notch. They also made what could be very stressful a positive experience. We highly recommend Best Builders Group and would not hesitate to use them again."

"The polite young representative showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and removed the unit. He said he would be back in two days with the rebuilt/replacement unit. He returned as promised and replaced the repaired thingee. It fired right up and has been working fine ever since.

"Not only did the technician find what was wrong, he told me that the unit was in really good shape (after he got it running) and that it was good to go for many more years.  That's honesty for ya!  I know that IWAI is a little far from the westside of LA but I called Craig anyway because of the great job he did for another one of my clients.   The tech got out there within 48 hours and made some minor repairs to a unit that I was told would possibly need replacing.  My clients were thrilled at the low cost of the inspection and that it only needed a couple of parts to get it running like new.  They ended up buying the condo and are extremely happy.  But wait, there's more!  
(Second Job) I met Craig in January of 2015 when he came out to look at a heating problem in one of my client's apartment complexes in Beverly Hills.  This was an old building (1947) that had 3 gravity furnaces underneath the property.  All 3 were original and failing.  I got three bids to have them removed and replaced with new units.  One bid was just over $18,000, the other just over $16,000. Mind you, this was to remove three gravity furnaces, replace them with new gas furnaces, including some duct work, as well as do a complete new installation in the attic of the top floor unit.  IWAI's price came in approx. $8,000 cheaper than the highest bid!!! $8,000!!!!  I was skeptical at first.  I mean who wouldn't be?  An $8,000 difference?  But I discussed it with my client and we went with IWAI Heating and Cooling.  Not only did Craig do what he said he was going to do, but he started on the day he promised, and he finished on time as well!!!  The tenants had only nice things to say about he and his crew and no one was inconvenienced but for a couple of hours when an air return had to be installed in one of the lower units.  The job couldn't have gone any better and the price was outrageously inexpensive for the work that was performed.  My client was thrilled and so were her tenants, especially now that they had heat.  Thanks to Craig and his crew for taking care of this job with the upmost professionalism.  If you need anything regarding HVAC, call IWAI heating and cooling.  Have them come out and give you a quote; you'll be glad you did!!!
