Our most recent acquisition is an HVAC division that has been providing climate control services from furnace replacements to new entire systems in the bay area since 1986. Our Certified and highly skilled service technicians are eager to serve you. LET US MAKE YOUR HOME, YOUR DREAM HOME Sunia Construction, Inc. has been doing whole house renovations since 2009.
"Work was divided into two phases and done over a two year period. Chris personally oversaw all of the work and made sure it me his and our standards. He was patient with us as we worked out details with our finishes and delays in deliveries of appliances. Between our two phases of work, he took on a major remodel of a neighbor’s house on our recommendation. He was always up front and fair with any changes we requested so there were no surprises in billing or delays.He also kept subcontractors to a minimum so he maintained greater control over scheduling. This was not our first rodeo with major home renovations, but by far, the best."

"I had a service technician come out to diagnose my refrigerator 3 weeks ago. The part needed to be ordered, and after paying for the part, I scheduled the repair for 7 days after the initial diagnosis. The repairman did not show during the scheduled time, and I was called the next day to reschedule. I scheduled it for 8 days after that. The day before my second appointment, I was called, and asked to reschedule again. I requested to speak with a manager regarding the multiple reschedules. I was told I would hear back from one. The next appointment was scheduled for 7 days later. I called 5 days later as I had not heard from a manager. I was told I would be called back. On the day of the next appointment I was called and told that they would need to reschedule again. I have still not heard from a manager."
