Everything went very well. Chris & his crew were top notch every step of the way - from development to execution. Any questions we had, from simple to complicated, were explained and simplified for our understanding. Our feeling was Chris was very trustworthy and that all the work would be completed with great care. Our faith in their ability was rewarded with a great living space. Well done!

Work was divided into two phases and done over a two year period. Chris personally oversaw all of the work and made sure it me his and our standards. He was patient with us as we worked out details with our finishes and delays in deliveries of appliances. Between our two phases of work, he took on a major remodel of a neighbor’s house on our recommendation. He was always up front and fair with any changes we requested so there were no surprises in billing or delays.He also kept subcontractors to a minimum so he maintained greater control over scheduling. This was not our first rodeo with major home renovations, but by far, the best.

It was great! they communicated what they were gonna do and we have no issues. They finished it ahead of schedule.

We Hired Sunia Construction for a major remodel including ceiling raising, all new doors, wall removals, engineering with large beams and complete Kitchen remodel with Meile appliance install. Chris and his team exceeded our expectations and delivered on time. What I like most about Chris is his creativity and advice to overcome hidden challenges as well as his meticulous craftsmanship. The project was 3 months long and we remained in the home. The team always left a clean worksite and help us remain comfortable during the remodel. When an opportunity exists, I will use Sunia Construction again and have referred them to family and friends.

Sunia Construction is very professional and does top quality work. I’ve hired them for numerous jobs from a complete apartment addition to a total kitchen remodel and many smaller jobs in between.
