"It went well.  Tyler was very knowledgeable about various critters' prints he found on my property. He had good suggestions for deterring predators ... but was not helpful in implementing those measures.  No references or anything.  I still have yet to find someone to install the kind of fencing he suggested.

"GoodFellas was quick to call and schedule an appointment for a free quote. Mike showed up on time and was more that willing to work with us on pricing. Their customer service is fantastic. Marissa was great at following up and always willing to help. Although we did not use their services this time, we would definitely call them in the future."

Animal Fencing questions, answered by experts

In Orange, begin spring by inspecting attics and eaves for nesting birds or squirrels. During summer, check for gaps around AC units and pool equipment where rodents may enter. In fall, trim citrus trees and clear fallen fruit to deter wildlife. Winter is ideal for sealing crawl space vents and monitoring after heavy rain. Track sightings and changes to spot patterns and address animal removal needs promptly.

Helpful?

Orange offers eco-friendly animal removal options, including humane trapping, exclusion barriers, and wildlife control methods that avoid harmful chemicals. Local professionals often use natural deterrents like peppermint oil and recommend native plant landscaping to reduce shelter for pests. Modifying habitats—such as removing standing water and sealing entry points—helps protect both your home and local wildlife in an environmentally responsible way.

Helpful?

If your Orange property is near open spaces, has mature landscaping, or features water elements like ponds, it’s at higher risk for wildlife issues. Signs such as gnawed wires, droppings in attics, or scratching noises in walls suggest active animal presence. Unsecured pet food or overflowing trash bins also attract pests. If you notice these, professional animal removal or wildlife control is recommended.

Helpful?

Homes in Orange with Spanish tile roofs, attic vents, or crawl spaces are more likely to have hidden entry points for wildlife. Older properties may have foundation gaps or aging siding that allow rodents or squirrels inside. Dense hedges, palm trees, and backyard sheds can provide shelter for skunks or possums. Multi-level homes often have hard-to-reach areas, making thorough wildlife removal more challenging.

Helpful?

In Orange, homeowners should consider seasonal wildlife patterns, especially increased raccoon and opossum activity near Santiago Creek and local parks. Neighborhoods with citrus trees or backyard gardens often attract rodents and birds. Some animal removal methods may require permits, and certain native species are protected. Always review HOA guidelines and use humane wildlife control techniques to ensure compliance and minimize environmental impact.
