Ben Esqueda came out Sunday morning to estimate the job and scheduled the work for the following Tuesday. The work was completed in less than two hours and there was nothing for me to clean up afterward. On a personal note, he saved me a good deal of pain when I started to fall while we walked down my driveway and he caught me. I am 79 and have terrible balance, so falls on concrete tend to end badly, but not this time. About fifteen minutes after he left, he called me to make sure I was still okay. Thank you, Ben. Cobano was quick to arrange appointments for quotes and repair at my convenience. While there was initial concern for the quantity of work, Cobano immediately took corrective action early next morning. I will use Cobano and recommend any future projects.

I am very happy with fence install. They were very professional. However my neighbor and I have as yet not received an invoice for the completed work.

Cobano did a good job. The best part is that they completed the repair at a lower cost than I expected. This is because only bad posts were replaced and the actual sections that were still sturdy wood were tied into the new posts. I recommend them to anybody requiring a new or repaired fence.

Dylan and the team were incredibly responsive and even worked inside the restriction of my incredibly difficult HOA. Pleasure to work with, would absolutely recommend them.

Had a new wooden gate replacement installed with keyed lock at side of home. Gate is very well constructed and attached to new wood in concrete posts. Had an issue with the lock which stopped working after I had used key 2 or 3 times. It took a little time to get a repair team here, but all of the people that I dealt with from Cobano were helpful, businesslike, and polite.
