I spoke with Chad and after texting him a photo of the sash problem he walked me through the fix over the phone. Otherwise he was willing to personally come to my home and fix the problem after hours. Doesn't get much better than that."

"I think the tenants were smokers so the windows had an extra film on them which made it difficult to get that film off. I think they should use a stronger removal chemical for instances like that. "Counters look good, however, there was a HUGE mess. Tons of old counter top in every one my drawers and in all of the cabinets. Basically no clean up, no attempt to. In addition, they got glue in the window track and the window couldn't open. I called multiple times to have this fixed weeks apart. I did get an apology for them forgetting to come out after the first call. However, a huge mess was made getting the glue off the window seal and not cleaned up even a little bit. Rude...acted like we were inconveniencing them. Never apologized. The counters look great but customer service definitely left a sour taste."
