"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."

"It was easy. No one came to my house. I answered their questions. Those answers provided them with what they needed to send me a DIY system to arm my home. Everything was explained and all seemed simple until I got the kit. Nothing was wrong with the kit, however, I was nervous that I would not line up door and window sensors correctly. Afterwards, I could not figure out why I was so hesitant and nervous. I have tripped the alarmed, was quickly contacted and false alarm cancelled."

"I called immediately after paying for the deal and he asked me to send him an email.  I did so but did not get a confirmation email that our service date was set.  I called again a couple of days before and he confirmed verbally.  I asked what time and he said afternoon.  On the day of service he changed the service time a couple of times...luckily, that did not impact our schedule that day, but normally it would have been a big problem.  When he got here her gave us some ideas on securing the house which were very helpful, but he did not tell us that performing these services were outside the scope of what I had paid for in the first place.  The price was steeper than I expected, but I just made a mental note not to use his services again.  He asked for a good recommendation on Angie's List, which was surprising to me.  Ultimately, he was good at what he did but the service and money made him not worth it.
