"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."

Tech support is provided which makes installation easy and very user friendly. The system is monitored and response to alarm signal is quick and nearly immediate. ( I accidentally set it off a couple times having forgotten that it was set when we left home). I was satisfied with America's Best Inc except fr one thine, right below the windows is the access vent that go under the house and one of them was caved in and I didn't call them and accused them of it but nobody else had been on the side of my house between the time that they did the screen. It looked like a ladder hit it. I always check it because people next door have mice on their house. Other than that, they were good."
