"Manuel was OK, he showed up on time and completed the project in budget and time.  The work was mostly good except for a few issues, first he parked on the lawn which had recently been watered leaving a big rut in it which he did not even offer to fix.  Second there was some lack of attention to details such as I had to paint the wood footer of the door myself and he did not give me the keys to the security door in the back..
All that being said, I would consider using him again but I would make sure I am onsite and managing him carefully.

"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."
