Unfortunately the hole patterns were still off just a bit and I ended up getting the screws in crooked and generally botching the job of rehanging the door. It wouldn?t close because of binding at the hinges and inside door frame. I really thought this was going to cost me a whole new door (including frame) but I decided to let Manuel look at it. Manuel thought the door could be saved and that?s just the way things turned out. His efforts saved me many hundreds of dollars on a new door and installation. One thing I really appreciated was that Manuel said that if the effort to rehang the door was unsuccessful he would apply the full fee towards a new door and frame installation -more than reasonable. I did however lower my rating in the ?Price? category to a B because I felt the actual time spent (a couple of hours) did not warrant the original quote even though I understand it isn?t always easy to estimate a job and it?s inevitable that some will be bid high and others low. Manuel was on time for the initial estimate and for the actual work later. He was pleasant to work with and he worked quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to use him again.

"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached.
