Despite the uneven floor, he concluded that the house did not need any foundation repair and that the uneven floor was caused by imperfections of the concrete.slab. He spent a lot of time in my house and provided an objective assessment of the house foundations not influenced by considerations of personal advantage. He provided unbiased recommendations about how to improve the floor leveling. I was very impressed by his professional ethics and technical knowledge. "We could not be more pleased with Montesinos Landscape and Design and have recommended them to other neighbors in our new community. I had an idea of what I wanted but an inability to put it down on paper. Jaime very meticulously measured out our yard and came up with the perfect plan, just as I had envisioned it. He and his crew were always timely and worked hard, all day. When we were indecisive at times, he was patient and gave us the time we needed to make decisions without feeling rushed. Maria did all the paperwork for building permits with the county and with our HOA. They laid concrete, put in artificial turf, border areas for planting, a water feature, put in electricity for overhead lights, and a raised, decorative herb garden/bed. They planted tons of plants for us, including trees, shrubs, climbing roses and ground roses and lots of bedding plants. All have flourished. They also extended our fencing and placed a gate in our existing fence to 'join' our front and back yard areas. Our dog chewed up some of our underground irrigation/pipes which was obviously not Montesino's fault but they replaced it free of charge. We are totally pleased with their work and get lots of compliments on it. We highly recommend Maria and Jaime Montesinos."

Then my wife left town for five days and we gutted the entire home office, reworked all the electrical, internet and USB connections, scraped the ceiling and laid the same natural wood tiles fabulous.
