I was told 69.95 for coming and diagnosing the problem. But when they arrive the price was 295. Their pricing is outrageous. Really unfair. Never call them again.

I called to ask price to change an outlet a garbage disposal was plugged mintom - I am a senior citizen and am afraid to repair electrical - they told me around 100.00 whixh seemed high but they could come that day. they arrived and screwed around for 3/4hour said they had to check all panels - I again told them it was only the outlet as we had run an extension cord from other outlet and worked fine. They finally put in new outlet and disposal was fine. they gave me the bill for over 300.00 = I was very upset but they said it was for time spent to check out everything which was ridiculous/warning - do not ever use this unscrupulous outfit.
