"Mr. Parks and his workers were thorough, polite and efficient. My gutters were full and badly clogged because of several years of neglect. They removed all debris from my roof and dug out the gutters by hand until they got water freely flowing through the downspouts. It was a positive experience from beginning to end."

"I called CXC Contracting because I had noticed uneven floor in one room of the house. Will Crawford inspected the concrete slab under the floor and performed accurate measurements of the house leveling inside and outside the house. Despite the uneven floor, he concluded that the house did not need any foundation repair and that the uneven floor was caused by imperfections of the concrete.slab. He spent a lot of time in my house and provided an objective assessment of the house foundations not influenced by considerations of personal advantage. He provided unbiased recommendations about how to improve the floor leveling. I was very impressed by his professional ethics and technical knowledge. I will certainly trust Will in the future and I recommend him to anybody.

"We could not be more pleased with Montesinos Landscape and Design and have recommended them to other neighbors in our new community. I had an idea of what I wanted but an inability to put it down on paper. Jaime very meticulously measured out our yard and came up with the perfect plan, just as I had envisioned it. He and his crew were always timely and worked hard, all day. When we were indecisive at times, he was patient and gave us the time we needed to make decisions without feeling rushed. Maria did all the paperwork for building permits with the county and with our HOA. They laid concrete, put in artificial turf, border areas for planting, a water feature, put in electricity for overhead lights, and a raised, decorative herb garden/bed. They planted tons of plants for us, including trees, shrubs, climbing roses and ground roses and lots of bedding plants. All have flourished. They also extended our fencing and placed a gate in our existing fence to 'join' our front and back yard areas. Our dog chewed up some of our underground irrigation/pipes which was obviously not Montesino's fault but they replaced it free of charge. We are totally pleased with their work and get lots of compliments on it. We highly recommend Maria and Jaime Montesinos."

"We hired Michael from Venetian Builders for our entire kitchen remodeling. The remodeling included basically everything from new cabinets (upper and lower), new wood floor, new LED lighting, marble countertops and backsplash, new appliances (Refrigirator, dishwasher, stove, range hood) and a new island with high chair seating area. Michael knew very well how to transform our kitchen area in order to maximize the space and functionality. Michael was easy person to work with. He started the remodeling project on time and within 3 weeks from the starting date, the kitchen was handed to us! His people and sub-contractors arrived each day on time for work. They were dependable and hard-working as well while Michael visited them each day to check on how the progress is going and making sure that all the materials are there for them. I also well appreciated how fast Michael always responded to our emails, phone calls or texts. We love our new kitchen very much and we thank to Venetian Builders!"

"Bought a house to be flipped, replaced any damaged areas and bring the house up to date with modern features. The bathroom needed re-tiled. The driveway was badly in shape , layered and designed concrete was used. All the kitchen cabinets were stripped and refaced . Stained that matched the decor. The roof was replaced with new shingles."

"Flat Rate Rate Remodeling did an outstanding job on our home. The bathrooms are stunning, literally drop dead gorgeous. The guest bedroom with new tile flooring, lighting and electrical prefect. Then my wife left town for five days and we gutted the entire home office, reworked all the electrical, internet and USB connections, scraped the ceiling and laid the same natural wood tiles fabulous. Big surprise when she returned home. Took a couple more week to get new office & french doors to the yard. but worth the wait. I high recommend Avi and his crews at Flat Rate remodeling."

Concrete Leveling questions, answered by experts

The polyurethane used for polyjacking will expand and cure in 15 to 30 minutes. After that point, your slab will be safe to walk on and even drive on in the case of a sidewalk or concrete driveway. Double-check with your concrete lifting specialist to confirm a curing timeline, as products can differ.

The method involves lifting settled concrete using pressurized cement slurry via drilled holes. This solves uneven surfaces and prevents further settling.

The timeframe is generally a few hours, allowing for immediate use post-hydration, ensuring minimal disruption to surrounding activities.

Polyjacking can be a permanent solution to sunken concrete if you also address the underlying issue—like poor drainage—at the same time. The polyurethane material itself can last as long as or even outlast the concrete you’re lifting it with. Your sunken concrete issue will likely return if you don’t couple polyjacking with proper drainage to prevent future soil movement and sinking.

Generally speaking, push piers—or steel piers—are the best option for underpinning, as they reach down to solid bedrock to find support for your foundation rather than relying on soil, which could be subject to the same issues as the soil directly below your foundation. However, the best underpinning method for your home depends on your location, how far down the bedrock is, and the type of soil in your area. Helical piers are usually the best option for sandy soil or in areas where the bedrock is too deep to use steel piers.
