I called him, and there was no salesmanship. We scheduled an appointment. He showed up on time, knew the product, diagnosed it, although it was not an easy diagnosis. He had the parts needed with him. He gave me a price, which I felt, based on my homework, was fair. I agreed to the price, and he did a quick repair, which he warranted for one year.
