After the repair part was ordered and received, Xavier returned to install it. "We hired him thinking he has a lot of experience working with different appliances and we had exactly spelled out the issues with our dishwasher. He brings the required parts and does the needed work which was putting the dishwasher in place with anchors so it does not wobble and replacing a door hinge. The work looked nice, but then we try to run the dishwasher and there is no water coming into the dishwasher. Literally, the dishwasher was working fine the day before he worked on it. So we call him over again to diagnose and he say there is something wrong with the water pump which he claimed he had not touched. He was very unprofessional and put blame on the customer that we had not disclosed that the dishwasher was not working before he started working on it. It was a moot point to talk to him after that. He said he would send over the estimate for replacing the water pump, but have not seen that yet. Would not hire him again."
