They worked non stop and were able to remove a rust stain on the tile in the shower, years of dirt on a heat lamp in the ceiling and many other feats due to negligence. The owner arrived with the team and checked back at noon and at the end of their time always checking their work and making sure they were taking care of the specific things I had requested. It was a great experience and I will now be using them twice a month."

He has his contractor’s license and is versatile in his knowledge and capabilities. Ken works diligently and does a great job. The projects that he has completed for me include restringing patio lights and connecting them to the patio light switch, replacing the patio wall lantern, installing wired LED lights in the garage, fixing a leaking bathtub faucet (requiring buying and installing new cartridge), assembling a new recumbent bike, assembling a new deck storage box and installing a hanging storage rack from the garage ceiling and assembling a five-shelf garage storage case. When I bought the wrong strip lights for the garage, Ken went to Home Depot to return the old lights and buy the correct ones. He finds creative solutions for any problem. He is trustworthy, reliable and a pleasure to work with. I recommend him wholeheartedly."

He also provided several different places to select the specific tile that my parents were looking for. The tile was selected. I notified Adrian who agreed to travel to two different locations to pick up the materials. The project started on the following Thursday as agreed at contract signing. Adrian was in constant communication responding to additional questions and providing updates. Project was completed in one week which is exactly what was promised. The shower is absolutely amazing and my parents are very happy with the workmanship of the finished project. Affordable builders worked in a very organized fashion, keeping materials, tools and all areas clean and safe throughout the project.
