"Matt came to our house to give an estimate of running a new electric line from the meter to an internal location. He provided an estimate in a timely manner via email and also offered a first-timer Angie's List discount. It also made it more convenient that he was willing to come out on a Sunday since we both have busy work schedules during the week.

(Before he got started, I changed the location of the electrical box, and he accommodated without complaint or excuses.) Every question I asked indicated that he had done the job to code.
