"Our outdoor barbeque/kitchen in the pool area was just done by Best Builders Group who was referred to us by a co-worker who hired them for his last remodeling project at his house and he was very happy with everything they did. Our remodeling project was a large scale remodeling project to our opinion BUT to Best Builders Group it was a normal size project and they provided all the required attention to detail and great working capabilities. We had some concerns on the plumbing & electrical but Zohar took care of all of them in a very professional manner. Part of the work was to build a custom fire pit and Zohar was always nice enough to do whatever we asked. All the workers on the other hand… always made sure to clean up & they never left the house without the cleaning task. The installations was done perfectly, professionally, clean and with perfection. This remodeling project came out to be such a wonderful entertaining spot of the house and I strongly recommend them."

"Everything went smoothly from start to finish.
The job was not a simple one due to my preferences and limitations of the room, so Shlomi came out for an onsite quote. He had not issues, and we discussed what I wanted.  The install went seamlessly, only taking 3 hours, which included all cleanup and reconnecting all of the AV components. The final result is professional-looking and space efficient, exactly what I was hoping to achieve.

Bathroom Fan Installation questions, answered by experts

Your blower motor may make a loud sound if the bearings overheat or wear down as your system ages. You may also hear loud noises coming from your blower if it’s struggling to pull in air due to dirty or damaged ducts, closed or blocked vents, or a dirty air filter. Typically, this causes a loud whistling sound.

Yes, you can run an attic fan with the AC on. In fact, you don’t have a choice with a passive attic fan. Plus, when an attic fan draws out hot air from the attic, it helps regulate the temperature of your whole home, so your AC doesn't have to work as hard.

Keeping dust off fans can keep them working optimally and help keep dust mites or bacteria from building up. Dust fans weekly with a duster, microfiber cloth, old pillowcase, or vacuum attachment. You can also try spraying a clean fan with a store-bought dust-repellent product or making a DIY dust-repellent with water and a small amount of liquid fabric softener mixed in.

Fan power is measured by CFM, or cubic feet per minute. For every 1,000 feet of square footage in your attic, you need a minimum of 700 CFM. Steeper roofs may need larger fans or about 840 CFM.  You can figure the size of attic fan you need by multiplying the square footage of your attic floor by 0.7. (multiply by 1.2 for a steep roof and 1.15 for a dark roof). That number is the CFM required for your fan to run efficiently.

There are many types of ceiling fans, each with specific features and advantages. Standard ceiling fans are a traditional choice suitable for most spaces and can be made from materials like plastic, wood, metal, or fiberboard. For rooms with low ceilings, low-profile fans are a better fit. Other specialized types include smart fans, which you can control with a smartphone or voice commands, and dual-motor fans that provide increased airflow in multiple directions. For energy savings, Energy-Star certified fans can be up to 60% more efficient than standard models, helping to lower your utility bill. You can also find fans with built-in lights, fans with retractable blades, and large ceiling fans designed for spacious rooms with ceilings between 10 and 25 feet high.
