"The final project came out great. The upholstery looked beautiful but the chairs came back all scratched. Like during transport they were not careful. That is not good customer service. They need to treat the merchandise with more care. It also took a long time but besides that it was fine. Thank you."

"Nancy responded IMMEDIATELY upon seeing my post. A face-to face meeting followed shortly afterward, where she arrived with a grocery cart filled with fabric samples !! There was SO much to choose from! Once the fabric was selected, the loveseat was collected promptly and within little more than a week, returned to me—like new! Very nice attention to all the detail associated with upholstering."
