Anar presented me with samples and a clear understanding of the project scope. A project manager was assigned that came out to the site on a regular basis to monitor progress and quality. The two gentleman that came out to do the installation were personable..and maintained a clean workspace and professional attitude throughout. Both obviously skilled for the job duties. There was great care taken during the project on communication regarding the installations, and leaving the site as undisturbed as possible (clean) and with respect to property rules. (Condo). The fixtures and materials offered were all top quality and brands. Project oversight and city permits were all handled by the project manager. A very high level of communication and attention to detail were provided throughout the project. My spouse and I are very happy with the results, and this is added tremendously to the value of the property. This is our first remodel, and although it is an inherently stressful undertaking, Anar and his team really delivered with service and quality. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ gentleman! Thank you again! Avi is a total pleasure to deal with: he spent time with us as we determined what we needed/wanted; gave us a fair estimate and timetable; stayed in close communication throughout the project; and finished ahead of schedule and on budget. It doesn't get any better than that. But it does! Avi is also a lovely person with whom to work -- very even-tempered and calm, bringing integrity to his work, and always willing to look for a beautiful solution. Additionally, those who work with Avi are attentive and helpful. We had a problem fitting the insta-hot water dispenser under the sink, because we'd also gotten a large garbage disposal. With good humor and great ideas, we worked with the plumber to make it fit well. We also wanted under-counter lighting and I knew my husband would want a dimmer, even though that is an unusual request. No problem! It is done and we love it. I want to mention that while the remodel was in progress my husband became hospitalized, adding a great deal of stress to my life. Coincidentally, Avi was dealing with a loved one being hospitalized at the same time. Still he was able to keep our project going; to deal compassionately with my situation; and employ thoughtful, positive workers -- all while enduring personal difficulties of his own.
