"These guys they send out are not tree experts & have chainsaw, will travel, should be their motto. They are polite and helpful but they cut too many good limbs off one tree so now we don't have much shade. I hope the limbs grow back but doubt it. I have to watch everything else they do, to make sure they don't break anything else (dropped limbs on patio furniture) and only cut what's necessary. I tried to call the boss or fast-talking salesman to complain that they are cutting out too much but the mailbox was full so I couldn't talk to him or leave a message. Wish I'd hired the first guy; I have a feeling he knew more about what he was doing. Next time I'll Google a certified arborist (the first one I called didn't return my call), who will cut out only what is needed to be pruned and will leave the good limbs (they said they were dead but they had green foliage on them so they weren't dead."

"What a professional family-run business! I had 4 trees that needed to be removed (melaleuca, avocado and 2 pine trees). Abel is very friendly and knowledgeable; he spent a lot of time with us giving advice for what trees and shrubs would be good for the backyard. He arrived on-time for the bid, and when we accepted it, he and his hard-working crew were there the very next morning (a Sunday!). "First of all, this guy is a certificated ARBORIST! He knows trees!  This was very important to me.  I didn't want "some guy with a chainsaw" to tell me the trees had to come down.  
After looking over the trees and their location, he told me that the trees would continue their secondary growth and that growth would push up the pavers in the yard, and even if the pavers were reinstalled the secondary growth would push them up again over time.  He gave me some options to consider.
He is based out of central Orange County and because of distance, he declined to do work in Bellflower which was disappointing.
