He communicated clearly and if there were any changes along the way he made sure we were aware of what needed to be done and why. He did an excellent job and turned a dull old bath into a sleek/modern luxury bath. The space was small so he helped me realize my vision of what I wanted the bathroom to be. "I reached out to Adam (owner of AK Tile) in the Fall of 2024. He responded and we met to discuss the bathroom remodel. He showed great flexibility in allowing me to purchase the tile designs independently and to provide a preform sink and backsplash and sliding shower door for installation. He was timely and present (with a helper) for the entire job and completed the demolition, dry rot R&R (not originally bid, but added on as needed at a per hour rate), complete tile installation (standing shower w/cutout and bathroom floor) and sink install needing expertise for modifications. We negotiated the install of the sliding shower doors @ an hourly rate. He was very respectful of our home and did an outstanding job cleaning up. We are most impressed by his professional integrity. After a few months we noticed cracks in the glazing on some of the tiles. He researched options to address this concern and ended up spending 1.5 days, NO CHARGE :), replacing multiple tiles. Adam is a true Pro!!"
