Reasonable pricing. We quoted about eight reputable contractors, and Geico B. cost estimation is one the more competitive ones. 2. Great PM and communication: Our PM Carlos and Jean is such a joyful, communicative, and accommodating professional. They made the whole process much easier. 3. Great foremen and workers: they showed up daily, worked hard, and generally kept the area as tidy as possible. Our foreman Delmar is very experienced and also a great person to work with. "Roger and team were GREAT!!! Roger went out of his way several times to make sure the project ran on time, was the best it could be and even added in some things I hadn't thought of on his own (no cost). We redid the floors, lighting, paint, fixtures and vanity (which required plumbing work) in our hall bathroom and it took a little less than two weeks. He even helped us save the height measurements we had marked on one wall for our 3 kids by finding the perfect size board to transfer it to before we had to paint over it. There was a snafu with our tile delivery (tile company's fault) and Roger drove all the way to San Leandro to get it for us so we wouldn't stall on the work. He stayed in constant contact and was incredibly responsive. I would absolutely hire him again. Anyone would be lucky to get his time and team for a project."
