"I am pleased to write this review for GM Tiling & Mosaics and Gavin Mulholland’s work. My project was not a complicated project (demo and retile a fireplace surround), but I was in a jam and needed someone quick. Gavin responded to my call right away and found a way to fit me in during the week to help me out. I had a 35-year career in commercial construction project management so was refreshingly surprised and appreciative of Gavin’s high level of professionalism, polite demeanor, punctuality, and communication. Because of his experience, he was able to point out improvements to my plan that I liked. His skills are at the highest level and he took the time to do little extra things around the fireplace that weren’t his scope of work but made it better and saved me work. He finished in 2 ½ days. It was such a good experience for me that I hope I come up with another tiling job for him."

He showed great flexibility in allowing me to purchase the tile designs independently and to provide a preform sink and backsplash and sliding shower door for installation. He was timely and present (with a helper) for the entire job and completed the demolition, dry rot R&R (not originally bid, but added on as needed at a per hour rate), complete tile installation (standing shower w/cutout and bathroom floor) and sink install needing expertise for modifications. We negotiated the install of the sliding shower doors @ an hourly rate. He was very respectful of our home and did an outstanding job cleaning up. We are most impressed by his professional integrity. After a few months we noticed cracks in the glazing on some of the tiles. He researched options to address this concern and ended up spending 1.5 days, NO CHARGE :), replacing multiple tiles. Adam is a true Pro!!"
