"Amazing service and they apologies for eco waters poor work installing water softener system"

"Everyone was very professional, courteous, friendly and got things done. We had a slight problem with wall heater installation but they quickly took care of it. Our water heater went out the next day and within a day had a new tankless heater installed. If anyone ever needs anything they do done I would highly recommend them. Well, I had to change my review because if I call them out to do an estimate for a second new heater and decide they are way to expensive they charge $79.95 for the visit. My husband called for an estimate for a new water heater for our garage and was told we were a premier customer so no overtime charge to come out on a Saturday. Nothing about $79.99 to come out. We didn't need a Saturday visit and wanted to know what it would cost to replace an old water heater. The tech that came out was under the impression we needed a repair. He said the girl that answered the phone was new. This is the second time they have come out and tried to charge us. This is after spending over $10,000 in a week last year. We were then told they are specialists and have to charge way more than a plumber and no free estimates."

"Adam is by far the best plumber I’ve had do work in my home. We have done a number of remodeling and repairs throughout the year and he’s the best. Here’s why: very knowledgeable about plumbing issues; found the best solutions for our project and he studied the best way to install and did excellent work. We had a Halo 5 water softener and filter system and on demand hot water recirculating system installed. We now have great tasting water out of the tap, no more greasy feel in the shower and no more waiting for hot water and waste of water waiting for it to get hot. Both systems work great."
