"Everyone was very professional, courteous, friendly and got things done. We had a slight problem with wall heater installation but they quickly took care of it. Our water heater went out the next day and within a day had a new tankless heater installed.If anyone ever needs anything they do done I would highly recommend them. Well, I had to change my review because if I call them out to do an estimate for a second new heater and decide they are way to expensive they charge $79.95 for the visit. My husband called for an estimate for a new water heater for our garage and was told we were a premier customer so no overtime charge to come out on a Saturday. Nothing about $79.99 to come out. We didn't need a Saturday visit and wanted to know what it would cost to replace an old water heater. The tech that came out was under the impression we needed a repair. He said the girl that answered the phone was new. This is the second time they have come out and tried to charge us. This is after spending over $10,000 in a week last year. We were then told they are specialists and have to charge way more than a plumber and no free estimates."
