Each person involved so far in my experience has been extremely professional and polite. I contacted them on July 2nd to request an emergency service call for my Air Conditioning (It was completely down). I was informed that they had no Techs available but would schedule an service call for the 5th. I contact them on the morning of the 5th to confirm and we informed that I was in the scheduled for an afternoon service call. At 330Pm I called again to follow up, as no one had arrived as promised. At that point I was told that they were unable to send anyone out as promised. No apology or new date time for the call. I requested that I speak to a manager who informed me that they are good about keeping customers updated. I informed her that I was the one who called twice and initiated all of the requested updates. It fell on deaf ears and no resolution was offered. Ive had them service my residence previously and the service was great but after this experience I will never request service of them again and will pass this poor service information on to all my fellow Paso Robles neighbors and friends.

We had a very old heater in our mobile home that finally died. Called Wighton's and Patrick came out and gave us lots of information and a quote on a new unit. He was very personable and helpful. We then had Ivan install our unit. He was very professional, polite, and informative. From beginning to end, this was a very positive experience. Even felt the price was good!
