The plumbers, Byron and Jose, explained what they were doing and took less than 1/2 hour to clear two blocked drains. They charged the going rate, which I find high, but determined that it was less than others who use plumbers a lot would expect. I'm new to plumbing needs - a knowledgeable and personable crew. I particularly appreciate that two people came, one who is learning. I enjoyed the cooperation and the chat between them.
